Help your teen build a strong mindset

In my 16 plus years of working with teens, I found that teens often are walking through high school or college lacking confidence, wishing they felt more grounded in themselves, and their belief system, feeling anxious, trying to people-people against better judgement, and ultimately feeling overwhelmed and unable to navigate everything all at once.

My work with teens is customizable as I tailor my approach to each individual and their needs. Whether your teen needs a little bit of coaching around mindset or a deeper processing around a specific event my program builds confidence, strengthens decision making abilities, allows teens to get to know themselves on a deeper level resulting in them feel more grounded and thus more equipped to handle stress and challenging social situations.

Here is a general outline of my work with teens: 

  • Weekly phone or video calls
  • Texting/voice texting support
  • Educational teachings about but not limited to how anxiety physoilogically impacts the body, how to regulate their emotions through challenging times, how to increase self awareness, shifting mindset (how to recognize and constructively address personal thoughts/feelings), how to balance their perception, and much more.
  • Meditations, worksheets, playlists, and focused action plans
  • Goal setting/progress tracking with frequent check ins on goals throughout coaching
  • And most importantly, celebrating along the way

Investment

Hourly rate starts at $180. I do not accept insurance, and I currently am able to offer short term intensive therapy through March 2027.
