Individual therapy is one-on-one, ongoing work grounded in over a decade of experience across mental health, trauma, and personal development. Whether you're navigating anxiety, burnout, relationship patterns, or something you're still finding words for, this is a place to slow down and go deeper.

This isn't talk therapy for the sake of talking. Sessions draw on neuroscience, somatic awareness, and practical tools to help you understand not just what you're feeling, but why and what's actually keeping you stuck.

Adding EMDR

For clients who want to go deeper on specific memories, or beliefs, EMDR can be integrated into the individual therapy process. It's an evidence-based approach that helps the brain reprocess experiences still being held as unresolved. Often showing up as anxiety, reactivity, or a persistent sense of being frozen.

It doesn't require you to re-tell your story in detail. It works with where the experience lives in the body, not just the narrative. Woven into ongoing therapy, it can meaningfully accelerate the work.
